Choco Pie helps you talk about feelings

We've all had moments when our favorite sweet treat became a way to say something important—to make peace, to support, to express affection, or simply to bring a smile to a loved one. It was this understanding of consumer behavior patterns that formed the basis for the special "Share Your Feelings" edition of Choco Pie packaging.

The idea behind the series is to transform a familiar product into a small message that can be given with or without a special occasion. We've created a collection of 60 individual packaging pieces, each containing an original illustration and a short message. These mini-stories—ironic, warm, and relatable—are easily recognizable and evoke an emotional response.

DESIGN AND COMMUNICATION. We've developed a series of illustrated packaging pieces that function as a set of small messages. The customer chooses the packaging that best suits the specific situation: "Thank you," "I like the way you smile," "Let's make up," "You're great"—Choco Pie becomes part of a natural, emotional dialogue. This design makes the product personal. It's more than just a sweet treat—it's an opportunity to express attention, care, and feelings without words. The brand engages customers in a game of choice, turning the purchase into a conversation.

RESULT. This emotional solution strengthened the brand's connection with consumers: the series quickly spread across social media—people took photos of their favorite scenes, mentioned them in posts and stories, and exchanged specific "phrases." The idea quickly became part of family and friend rituals, increasing the frequency of purchases and expanding the number of occasions for consumption. Choco Pie in this series became what it was designed to be—a way to spread warmth.
