ECOPSY is a leading Russian management consulting company, specializing in organizational development, leadership, and corporate culture transformation. Our task was to help the team develop a brand renewal strategy that would reflect ECOPSY's current role as a partner to business leaders, helping implement change through people and for results.

RESEARCH AND STRATEGY. We began by researching brand perceptions through a target audience survey and in-depth interviews with the executives of ECOPSY's client companies and partners. The responses expressed appreciation for the professionalism, integrity, and ability of the ECOPSY team to "call a spade a spade." Clients noted that the company helps them not only understand their situation and the available solutions, but also implement changes that truly work. This characteristic became key to the strategy: ECOPSY is not just management experts, but people experts who understand that sustainable business change occurs only through the conscious engagement of people. This is how the brand positioning emerged: "Smart solutions. Implementation through people." It unites the rational side of consulting (data, strategy, systematicity) with the human side (empathy, development, engagement) and perfectly complements the meanings embodied in the brand name—working at the intersection of ECOnomics and PSYchology. At the same time, it emphasizes that ECOPSY doesn't limit itself to consulting; it implements—helps bring transformation to fruition. The company works at the level of meanings, teams, and tangible actions, achieving tangible changes.
BRAND CHARACTER AND WORKING PRINCIPLES. We described the brand's character as vibrant, modern, and professional, yet bold in its ideas and humane in its communications. ECOPSY speaks clearly and to the point, without delving into consulting complexity, yet always delivers focused benefits.
Key principles:
– We work for the benefit of the business—we strive for results, not events, so we always understand the purpose and address the root problem, not its local manifestations;
– We implement by engaging people—only then do solutions become sustainable;

SLOGAN AND COMMUNICATION The updated brand essence is well supported by the current slogan, which the company has sincerely believed in for many years: "Business is made by people." It forms the basis of all communications and reflects the company's DNA. The slogan is simple yet profound: ECOPSY reminds businesses that efficiency, growth, and change always begin with people—with their purpose, motivation, leadership, and engagement.
RESULT. Together with the ECOPSY team, we created a strategy and positioning that reflect the company's true essence: a new type of consulting—smart, honest, and humane. A brand that helps companies change not on paper, but in real life.
